ABOUT ME
My name is Andrew Croll, and I have worked in the Strength & Conditioning industry for the past 20 years, with the past 15 years working within Elite High-Performance programs. During this time, I have been fortunate enough to work with many Championship players, teams and organisations as well as being blessed to play a part in many developing, emerging, and elite level athletes’ journeys.
I have worked with both Commonwealth & Olympic level athletes in several sports whilst working as a Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Queensland Academy of Sport. I have over a decade experience working as an Athletic Performance coach & Head of Performance with NRL teams Brisbane Broncos, South Sydney Rabbitohs and the 2015 Premiership-winning North Queensland Cowboys. Crossing codes in to Super Rugby I have been involved with the Queensland Reds High Performance program with a focus on rehabilitation and athlete development. Furthermore, I have been involved in coach mentoring and development of both the Junior & Women’s State of Origin programs respectively, and led the Queensland Maroons strength and conditioning programs through successful campaigns in 2022 and 2023.
I am an Accredited ASCA MASTER Level 3 Coach combined with a strong education background, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies, Master of Sports Coaching as well as a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education. I believe that my strong understanding of coaching pedagogy, vast experiences in elite sport and passion for developing people underpins my vision for creating the MVP Series, Speed & Agility.
Athlete development and coach education is something I’m extremely passionate about. I am very excited to share my knowledge and experiences I have acquired over the past two decades to help develop and shape the next generation of athletes.
